ClassicSlow the pace and refine your form in this crowd-favorite BODYBAR class. The challenging workout dives into each exercise’s posture, form, and intention. It’s an excellent place for beginners to start, experienced practitioners to revisit, and everyone to enjoy.
Power TowerSlow down the pace and target muscle toning and lengthening. Power Tower uses the tower springs, a stable mat, and Pilates accessories to incorporate flexibility with a gentler approach to your BODYBAR workout.
JumpKick up the fun and jump with us! This Reformer workout takes flight with the Jumpboard, actively building strength, cardio fitness, and power. We take jumping from vertical to horizontal, effectively reducing the impact while enjoying all the benefits.
Reformer ChairIntegrate the Exo Chair with the Reformer for an advanced-level workout to build strength and balance in a new, dynamic way.
