World-Class Franchise Training

Once you’ve signed your franchise agreement, your journey with BODYBAR Pilates begins with our business owner training. Your 30-hour franchise training module will cover everything you need to know about operating a BODYBAR Pilates location, including:

As a franchise owner, you are representing the BODYBAR Pilates brand in your community. It’s important that we are aligned around who we are and what the brand stands for.

Staffing and HR

Running a great Pilates studio requires hiring great people! You will learn what to look for in instructors and manager level talent.

We are consistently Raising the BAR on our processes and procedures for BODYBAR studios. It’s important to run effectively and efficiently to be set up for long term success.

Studio management software

BODYBAR Pilates studios operate with a point of sale system as a backbone of day to day operations. Franchise owners as well as front line staff are all trained on the software.

Marketing

Unit economics vary location by location in the BODYBAR system. The corporate team will work with each franchise owner to ensure every BODYBAR studio is set up to maximize profitability.

Finances

Studio owners work together with the corporate marketing team to drive demand for the BODYBAR brand in the local community and keep members engaged once they are a part of the studio.

Franchise Owner Models

We also offer training for fitness managers that must be completed no later than 60 days prior to your grand opening. If you are an owner-operator, you’ll need to complete studio manager training in addition to business owner training. Semi-absent owners will need to hire a studio manager in time for them to complete training no later than 60 days before you open.

Real Estate Support

Finding the best possible location for your BODYBAR franchise can be daunting, but it doesn’t need to be. Our in-house real estate support team will work with you throughout the franchise process to make sure you’re in the right spot. Before you sign your franchise agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our real estate team to better understand the opportunities in your area. We use state-of-the-art mapping technology to identify the prime areas to grow our brand. After signing, we’ll work with you to make sure your new territory has the demographics needed for your BODYBAR location to be successful. With this useful data, we’re able to help you put your best foot forward.

Ongoing Franchise Support

Our franchise support doesn’t end once you’ve opened your location. During your time as a member of the BODYBAR franchise family, you’ll receive tools and resources from our home office that help you build a thriving business. We conduct weekly operations calls, assist with a comprehensive monthly marketing plan, and provide recruitment resources to help you build an amazing team. You’ll also have access to a CRM, which streamlines communications and internal documents, as well as a network of approved vendors. Our franchise support team works hard on the details to make sure you have all the time you need to focus on your business.

The best part is CHEERS!, our annual franchise conference. Over the course of several days, you’ll get to spend time with other BODYBAR franchise owners, studio managers, and fitness managers from across the country. CHEERS! is full of opportunities to learn, share best practices, and – most importantly – have fun.
