How it Works
Becoming a BODYBAR owner doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen step by step. From first call to opening day, we’ll be right there with you.
We begin with a big picture conversation to talk through market interest, capital readiness, and ownership goals. This helps us determine fit and if we continue to move on to the next stage of discovery.
02
Brand & Model Deep Dive
This stage provides prospective owners with a deeper look into BODYBAR— our story, operating model, studio economics, and growth strategy. Prospective owners will gain insight into how the brand scales and what success looks like within our system.
03
Franchise Application + FDD Review
Qualified candidates will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document and formal application materials. This stage provides specific insight into investment structure, obligations, and system standards. Our team will walk you through every detail and open things up for discussion to make sure all your questions are answered before we move forward.
04
Validation + Financial Planning
Prospective owners have the opportunity to connect with current franchise owners to share real-world insights, answer questions, and provide mentorship and support. During this phase, candidates fine-tune financial planning and continue territory discussions. Candidates will also participate in leadership validation calls, where they’ll get to know leaders behind the brand and gain invaluable access to industry veterans.
05
Territory Strategy + Market Review
The BODYBAR team conducts demographic analysis and strategic market planning to identify optimal territory opportunities. Discussions focus on long-term development potential and smart, sustainable growth.
06
Executive Session | Meet the BODYBAR Team
An in-person executive session at our Fort Worth headquarters provides important face time with leadership, provides an in-depth look into operational systems, and offers an immersive experience of studio culture. This visit helps everyone involved confirm fit and alignment before making a final agreement.
Why Owners Choose BODYBAR
The corporate office put our minds at ease. Business training was extremely helpful and educational, and they checked in with us weekly during presale.
Katy Hubbard and Kayla Jackson Owners of Cahaba Heights and Knox Square in Alabama
Bodybar Pilates is definitely committed to the community and it is one of my favorite parts of being an owner.
Sarah Chaves, Multi-unit owner in Florida
One of the things we love about Bodybar is the culture and the overall environment which we have carried over into our studio.
Karie Maharaj, Multi-unit owner in Texas
After our son was born, Cory and I were looking for an opportunity to open our own business and find financial independence. But we wanted to be part of an industry and movement that we were genuinely passionate about. We’re confident that we’ve found that in BODYBAR Pilates.
