Takes just a few minutes.

Check Your Eligibility

Your BODYBAR routine. Your benefits at work.

Find out whether your BODYBAR membership qualifies for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed.

01

See if you qualify

Complete Truemed’s private health assessment. An independent licensed practitioner will review your responses and, if you qualify, issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). The LMN fee for BODYBAR clients is $20.

Check your eligibility here.

02

Keep moving. Pay as usual.

Purchase your BODYBAR membership with your regular credit or debit card. Do not use your HSA/FSA card to pay BODYBAR. Eligible expenses are submitted for reimbursement after payment.

03

Submit for reimbursement

Submit your LMN and BODYBAR receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator through its portal or app. Your administrator will review your claim and determine reimbursement eligibility and timing.

An independent licensed practitioner reviews your health assessment to determine whether you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Approval is not guaranteed, and Truemed will notify you of the outcome. If your HSA/FSA administrator denies your reimbursement claim, contact support@truemed.com for help reviewing the denial and next steps.

You’ll need an active HSA or FSA to use this reimbursement option. If you’re unsure whether you have access to one, your employer’s HR or benefits team is a good place to start. Truemed cannot open or fund an account for you, and its services are currently available only in the United States.
