Kamille McCollum

Kamille McCollum has served as the president of BODYBAR Franchising, LLC since June 2019. She is also the co-owner of Speak Light, LLC, which operates BODYBAR Pilates franchises in Fort Worth and Plano, TX. Her passion for fitness and deep understanding of the fitness industry and the Pilates space provides effective guidance and leadership for every member of the BODYBAR Pilates franchising team.

Matt McCollum

Matt McCollum has served as the CEO of BODYBAR Franchising, LLC since June 2019. Since 2016, he has operated BODYBAR franchise locations in Fort Worth and Plano, TX as co-owner of Speak Light, LLC. Prior to joining BODYBAR Pilates, he served as president of Simple Moving Labor in Fort Worth, as well as the managing partner and owner of MA3K Management, LLC, which operated a residential and lite commercial cleaning franchise.

Michael Piermarini

Michael Piermarini joined BODYBAR Pilates in August 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. He has served in executive leadership roles in boutique fitness for over a decade, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Maverick Fitness Holdings, one of the largest franchise ownership groups in the Orangetheory Fitness system. Before that, he joined Orangetheory Fitness Global Headquarters and quickly rose to serve as Global Director of Fitness, playing a key role in scaling the brand globally during a period of hyper-growth. Michael holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University and St. Edward's University, both with Summa Cum Laude honors, and is a former member of Team USA.

Brittany Granby

Brittany Granby, Vice President of Marketing at BODYBAR Pilates, brings a strategic focus on franchise development and lead optimization. With over 14 years of experience, previously working with Chuy’s OPCO Inc., Rave Restaurant Group, and CKE Restaurants, Brittany has a passion for elevating brand visibility and driving franchisee success. Brittany is passionate about fostering team collaboration and delivering impactful marketing solutions. She combines expertise in marketing strategy with a commitment to expanding the BODYBAR mission nationwide.

Kyle Engelbrecht

Kyle Engelbrecht has been a part of the BODYBAR team since 2020, initially serving as the Franchise Training and Development Coach. In July of 2022, he stepped into the Director of Franchise Operations role and in 2024 moved into the Vice President of Operations seat. In 2025 Kyle took on the role of VP of Learning and Development. Prior to joining BODYBAR, Kyle was a Vice President of Operations at Simple Moving Labor and a CMS consultant.

Jill Drummond

Jill Drummond joined BODYBAR Pilates as the Director of Education and Programming in May of 2022. Prior to joining BODYBAR, she was the Global Education and Program Manager at Freemotion Fitness from 2019 through 2023. Prior to joining Freemotion, she was the Matrix Master Trainer and Program Developer at Johnson Health Tech North America and the Director of Cycling at the Harbor Athletic Club.

Kern Marshall

Kern joined BODYBAR Pilates in December 2025 as Vice President of FP&A, bringing over 15 years of finance and strategy experience in multi-unit franchise systems. His background spans names in fitness, wellness, and beauty franchising — including European Wax Center, Sport Clips, Glosslab, as well as on the multi-unit Franchisee side Momentic Studios, where he built the finance infrastructure for a platform spanning SweatHouz and Strong Pilates.

Earlier in his career, Kern honed his analytical foundation at Procter & Gamble, where he led financial planning for several global businesses. He is passionate about connecting financial strategy to real operational outcomes — helping franchise brands scale with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
