Forty-six companies in Greater Fort Worth were among the fastest-growing companies in America, according to the annual Inc. 5000.
Elite Robotics & Automation of Fort Worth ranked the highest at No. 82 overall and 3,334 percent growth over the past three years. Outomation Software of Southlake (No. 133), Optimized Waste Removal (No. 186) of Fort Worth, and AOKA, another Fort Worth company, rounded out the top 4 from the region.
Black Label Ingredients, a Fort Worth company founded in 2022 by Jason Blackerby and Clayton Reeves, ranked in the top 10 percent of the class at No. 464. The company saw 740% growth over the three-year period. Black Label was the highest-ranked Fort Worth area company in the Inc. Regionals Southwest listing earlier this year, which examines two-year growth rates, instead of three.
“We [entered] almost as an afterthought,” said Reeves of the Southwest regionals. “We thought, ‘Let’s see what happens.’ We really didn’t expect much of it.”
IHG Mechanical Services, founded in 2022, came in just two places down at No.466.
The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held U.S. companies by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. For the 2026 list, companies were ranked based on revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies had to generate at least $100,000 in revenue in 2022 and at least $2 million in 2025 and be privately held, for-profit, U.S.-based, and independent.
Fort Worth law firm Varghese Summersett, founded in 2014, found its way on the list for a fourth time, growing at 263%. The firm came in at 1,336.
“Growth is never the goal by itself,” Benson Varghese, founder and managing partner of Varghese Summersett, said in a statement. “It’s the result of building a team of exceptional people, embracing innovation, and staying focused on serving our clients. Every year brings new challenges, and we’re proud to continue evolving while remaining true to the values that have guided us from the very beginning.”
Founded in 2014 as a criminal defense practice operating out of a one-room office, Varghese Summersett has since grown into a thriving full service practice. The firm now has offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Southlake, and Houston, along with a team of more than 70 attorneys and legal professionals.
In addition to leading Varghese Summersett, Varghese is the founder of Lawft, a legal technology platform designed to help modern law firms operate more efficiently. He is also the author of Tapped In: Lessons for Law Firm Growth, a guide for attorneys seeking to build, grow, and scale successful law practices.
The firm’s appearance follows recognition in 2018, 2024, and 2025.
“We are proud of what our team has accomplished, and we remain focused on delivering exceptional service and results for the people who trust us to help them through some of life’s most difficult moments,” said co-owner and named partner Anna Summersett.
Fort Worth-based Valor returned to the list for a fourth consecutive year.
“Making this list once is a milestone; making it four years running says something about our team’s consistency and the trust our clients place in us,” said Joseph DeWoody, CEO and co-founder. I’m proud of what we’ve built at Valor and energized by the work still ahead.”
Valor is a tech-enabled professional services company that provides oil and gas asset management services dedicated to serving mineral rights owners, operators, and investors.
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance – it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact.”
Editor’s note: The eye doctor is probably right — time for bifocals. This story initially reported that 45 Fort Worth companies made the list. We inadvertently missed one. Our apologies to IHG Mechanical Services!
