How to Be a BODYBAR Pilates Instructor

All BODYBAR instructors begin their journey with the BODYBAR instructor training program, even if they’ve previously completed other Pilates teacher training.

When you choose our program, we ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to learn the BODYBAR Method and lead classes. You’ll be supported by an experienced Master Trainer and many online resources.

Our Pilates instructor training program is unique because our workouts are one-of-a-kind. As we tell our members during classes, “We get comfortable with being uncomfortable.” Our Method is special and intense – in a fun and effective way! We hope you’ll love the challenge and variety.
