Reformer

Build strength, increase endurance, and train your inner-athlete in our signature BODYBAR Method workout. This fast-paced 50-minute class challenges the full body with quick transitions and intense exercises. It’s time to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Classic

Slow the pace and refine your form in this crowd-favorite BODYBAR class. The challenging workout dives into each exercise’s posture, form, and intention. It’s an excellent place for beginners to start, experienced practitioners to revisit, and everyone to enjoy.
Power Tower

Slow down the pace and target muscle toning and lengthening. Power Tower uses the tower springs, a stable mat, and Pilates accessories to incorporate flexibility with a gentler approach to your BODYBAR workout.
Jump

Kick up the fun and jump with us! This Reformer workout takes flight with the Jumpboard, actively building strength, cardio fitness, and power. We take jumping from vertical to horizontal, effectively reducing the impact while enjoying all the benefits.
Reformer Chair

Integrate the Exo Chair with the Reformer for an advanced-level workout to build strength and balance in a new, dynamic way.
Mixed Equipment

No equipment is off-limits! This intense workout will inspire and transform your inner athlete using the Reformer, Tower, or Chair.
Express
