Getting to Know You
To start, we’ll schedule a call with a member of our franchise team. You’ll have the opportunity to share more information about yourself, your background, your interests, and your goals. In turn, we’ll fill you in on your franchise opportunity with BODYBAR Pilates. This is a mutual franchise process, after all – we want to make sure we’re both on the same page.

Brand Introduction
Next, you’ll get to know BODYBAR Pilates a little better. A member of our team will arrange a second call to walk you through our history and business model, as well as how franchisees win with BODYBAR Pilates.

Franchise Application and FDD Review
We’ll provide you with your formal Franchise Application and a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document, or FDD. In the FDD, you’ll find information about our business model and the initial investment needed to open a BODYBAR Pilates franchise. These are both important documents, and we’ll carefully review it together before you need to submit anything. Be sure to come ready with questions!

Validation Calls
Once your application is submitted, you’ll have the chance to meet with current BODYBAR franchise owners. This is a great time to learn more about what the day-to-day experience at BODYBAR is like. You’ll also start to work on your proforma and begin looking at potential territories.

Territory Review
Choosing the right location for your BODYBAR franchise is key to its success. We’ll go over the best territories available in your area and analyze the demographics.

Meet the BODYBAR Team Day
This is our favorite part of the franchise process! On Meet the Team Day, you’ll visit our home office in Fort Worth, TX to meet our leadership team and experience the business firsthand. This immersion into our kind, motivating community is a day you won’t soon forget.
After You’ve Completed the Franchise Process
Following Meet the Team Day, we’ll make a final decision on your franchise application. If we mutually agree to move forward, you’ll be awarded a BODYBAR franchise territory, sign your franchise agreement, and get started with training. We’ll be onsite to help you for a week prior to your grand opening. From your initial call until your franchise owned studio is open, you can rest assured that our franchise support team has got your back every step of the way.
